Team online

Table Connection Issues

If your live dealer stream drops mid-hand, the round result is recorded server-side. Reach our support chat and share the round ID shown on your account history screen.

Bet Placement Queries

Chip placement and side-bet windows are time-limited at live tables. If a bet was not registered before the timer closed, our team can check the server log against your account.

Account Wallet Sync

After a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposit, your wallet balance updates before the next hand deal cycle. Contact support if the balance is not reflected after that point.

richebd Blackjack Variants Inside Our Lobby

Blackjack Variants Inside Our Lobby

Our blackjack section pulls together tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, giving you classic seven-seat tables, Speed Blackjack, and Infinite Blackjack in one place. Speed Blackjack suits you when you want decisions to move fast — each player acts the moment they are dealt rather than waiting for the full table. Infinite Blackjack keeps a seat open at all times, so

there is no queue. Digital RNG tables sit alongside the live room for lower-stakes rounds. RTP figures are displayed only where the provider publishes them for that specific table. Open your account and the full variant list is visible from the table lobby.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play Standards for Blackjack at richebd

Studio-Certified Shuffles

Live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live use continuous shuffle machines or CSM-verified decks. Shuffle certification details are held at the provider studio level, not altered by us.

Server-Side Round Logging

Every hand result — cards dealt, player decisions, outcomes — is logged server-side in real time. You can view your round history in the account transactions section at any point.

Provider Audit Trails

Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution both operate under independent audit frameworks at the studio level. We surface those provider credentials inside the table info panel for each game.

Transparent RTP Display

We only show RTP where the provider publishes a verified figure for that table variant. If a figure is not displayed, it means the provider has not released one for that specific game.

Blackjack Terms Every Player Should Know

What does 'house edge' mean in blackjack?

House edge is the mathematical advantage the casino holds over time. In blackjack, basic strategy play reduces it significantly compared to other table games — the exact figure depends on the rule set.

What is a soft hand in blackjack?

A soft hand contains an Ace counted as eleven. It is called soft because you can take another card without busting — if the total exceeds twenty-one, the Ace reverts to a value of one.

What does 'double down' mean?

Doubling down means placing a second bet equal to your original wager and receiving exactly one more card. It is a strong move when your two-card total is ten or eleven against a weak dealer upcard.

What is a side bet in blackjack?

A side bet is a separate wager placed before the main hand, usually on whether specific card combinations will appear. Common examples include Perfect Pairs and 21+3. Side bet RTP varies by variant.

What does 'push' mean at the blackjack table?

A push means your hand total and the dealer's total are equal. Your original stake is returned to your account wallet without any win or loss recorded for that round.

What is Speed Blackjack?

Speed Blackjack is a live variant where players who clearly need to hit or stand are dealt to first, reducing the wait between rounds. Available on Evolution tables inside the richebd live lobby.

Common Questions About Blackjack Action Here

The lobby carries live dealer tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — including Infinite Blackjack, Speed Blackjack, and standard multi-seat tables — plus RNG digital variants for lower-stakes rounds.

Yes. The live tables and digital variants are streamed and rendered for mobile browsers. No separate app download is needed — open your account, navigate to the table lobby, and the game loads in your browser.

Open your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket app, send funds to the account number shown in the deposit section, confirm with your PIN, and your account wallet refreshes before the next deal cycle at the table.

Several tables in the live room include side bet options such as Perfect Pairs and 21+3. The available side bets are shown on the table chip interface before you place the main hand wager.

The round outcome is recorded server-side regardless of your connection. Log back in and check your account transaction history — the result will be there. Contact support with the round ID if there is any discrepancy.

Minimum stakes vary by table and are displayed on the table card in the lobby before you sit down. Some Infinite Blackjack tables carry lower entry points suitable for shorter sessions.
